My mission is to provide individual, family, couples and group psychotherapy in a safe and comfortable environment. Through a cognitive behavioral approach, goal oriented interventions are provided with concrete and realistic strategies that will help promote change and personal growth. This short term therapy approach empowers you to resolve your own problems. Weekly goals and “homework” are an instrumental part of the therapeutic process.
